Metro Youth

Middle - High School, 6-12th grades

   We are committed to letting our youth know that before the world began, they were known by God, that God loves and pursues them to this day.  Through an intimate relationship with Him they each can realize their unique purpose and plan for their lives.

   The Youth Group meets on Wednesdays, 5:30-7:30pm.  We start with dinner/snacks and games, pool, or basketball.  Then we move to our Bible Study room to get into God's Word to see what God wants to say to us.  Finish the evening talking and having dessert.

   Metro Youth enjoy many special youth events and participate in church events thoughout the years - Youth Camps, boating days, fast food runs, camping, Youth Convention, etc.

Metro Kids

Birth - 5th grade

   At Metro Kids, we believe that every child needs to hear that God loves them and wants to be close to them through a personal relationship with Jesus. 

   On Sundays, the children stay in service for our praise & worship then are released to Children's Church for a Bible lesson, activities, and a snack.  They can be picked in our mini-gym after service.

   Wednesdays are our Kid's Clubs!  We use SuperBook Academy, a strong Bible-based video curriculum that takes the kids through the Bible from Genesis to Revelations.  We use music, videos, Bible study, games, crafts, and other creative activities lead them to a life full of love, joy and purpose.  We round off the night with time in the mini-gym for  basketball, mini-golf, and our bounce house.

   Nursery for ages birth to Preschool is available during all regular services. Our workers create a safe, nurturing environment with play, songs, and Bible stories.

Missions

   We regularly support our AG missionaries that are serving around the world, as well as here in Oregon, through monthly faith pledges. 

   We also support BGMC (helps children worldwide), STL (transportation for missionaries), and LFTL (Bibles) with special offerings throughout the year.
